Whitstable roofs take salt air and onshore wind year round, which is hard on fixings, verges and anything that is only bedded in mortar..

Tunbridge Wells is High Weald country, full of large Victorian roofs and tile-hung elevations that reward doing properly..

Folkestone’s clifftop and seafront roofs take a hammering from the Channel weather, and fixings and flashings there need specifying accordingly..
Dover is the far east of our patch and about as exposed as Kent gets, so nothing there gets fixed with a shortcut and a hope..
Thanet is surrounded by sea on three sides, and Georgian seafront terraces there need proper materials and proper fixings..
